Why Should I Train?

People often ask me: Why should I train?

Here are a few good reasons:

  • Live Longer and Better. Through physical training you can extend your life expectancy and ensure a better quality of life for yourself as you get older.
  • Reduce Injuries and Sickness. By staying fit and healthy, you prevent injuries and sickness.
